.AJS Series fine adjustment screws have precision rolled or cut threads and proprietary lubrication for exceptionally smooth adjustment and higher sensitivity than standard micrometers. With sub-micron sensitivity, they are a cost-effective alternative to micrometers where position readout is not required.

As stand-alone units, these motorized actuators are used in alignment, read head production, optical inserters, in adaptive optics, etc.
Picomotor actuators are ideal for motorizing fine-positioning stages and mounts for applications that require exceptional precision, small step sizes, and set-and-forget stability, all in a compact package.
