  • Newport/Oriel Solar Simulator는 국제 표준(IEC, JIS, ASTM)에 의거하여 다음과 같이 분류할 수 있다.
  • Class AAA(3A), Class ABA(2A), Class ABB(1A), Fiber Based Optic Solar와 UV Solar Simulators, Custom Solar Simulator for OPV with Glove box가 있다. 국제 표준 중 IEC 60904-9 2007 2nd Edition을 기준으로 Class A이며, 이는 JIS C8912, ASTM E 927-05기준을 모두 만족한다.
  • Tester의 기본 구성을 아래와 같다.
  • Solar Simulator(Lamp housing with Lamp, Power Supply, AM1.5G Filter, Cables 포함)
  • Standard Reference Solar Cell새창으로 열립니다.
  • Sourcemeter with IV Measurement Software새창으로 열립니다.
  • Feedback Controller(Optional)
    : Solar Simulator와 사용이 되며 Remote shutter, timer제어 뿐만 아니라 광원에서 조사되는 빔을 모니터링 하여 광량을 더욱 안정화 시켜줌으로써 Solar Cell 특성 평가 시 측정의 신뢰성을 높여준다
