  • This Azimuth - Elevation gimbal system positions a 350 mm diameter mirror that can be used for laser based qualification and characterization of precision optical sensors, LIDAR analysis, or target tracking. The system features RV Series Rotation Stages for the movement and high-accuracy, direct-reading rotary encoders providing ±5 μrad absolute accuracy over the full travel range. (Left)
  • This Azimuth - Elevation Gimbal System is used for calibration of a 150kg range-finder. The system features RV series rotation stages providing 0.0002° unidirectional repeatability a 150kg load capacity and +/- 15 μrad wobble. (Right)

19 motorized axes for alignment and 2 long travel air-bearing stages for large-scale assembly and optics testing High precision 5-axis heavy motorized base used for leveling and positioning a complete optical system. Tripod system, vertical range ± 100 mm, tilt ± 2.5°, 3000 kg load capacity.
Vibrometer test bench: 3-axis system used at the LCPC (Roads and Bridges laboratory) to measure the density of large concrete blocks 27-axis system to align and assemble substrates to nanometer level precision. Each stack features 1" linear and 4° rotation travel, with 50 nm resolution and <1 µm accuracy error.
XYZ,ΘZ system used for laser conditioning of large optical components, measuring up to 800 x 800 x 100 mm 6-axis assembly XYZ rXrYrZ for load up to 150 kg. The sphre of confusion of 3 rotation axes is 25 µm.
